Are Vaccines Killing Your Dog?

Collagen, Joint Disease and Vaccines

Wait a minute! Aren’t vaccines supposed to “protect” our pets (and children) from getting a virus or dis-ease?
This is surely what we have all been indoctrinated into believing over the years. But where are the studies and/or the research? The proof?

There is none! Search for yourself…

Hardly a day goes by that we don’t hear about or see for ourselves – quite the opposite of animals being protected from disease. In fact, more and more, pets are presenting with allergies, itchy and/or infected ears, yeast infections, urinary tract infections, eczema, atopy, ascites, arthritis, bone diseases, digestive problems, IBS, autoimmune diseases, organ failure, neurological and behavioral problems, cancer and early death! Why?

If you were to look at the history and veterinary records on these dogs, you would find that the one thing they all have in common is that they have all been faithfully being vaccinated and boostered (and that they have been eating processed pet food)!

The Facts

The fundamental dilemma is that vaccination, in effect, leads to weakening of the immune system and the animal’s very DNA! Thus the overall health of a given population.

One way this occurs is by breeders using heroics to save weak and/or sickly puppies that would otherwise succumb to disease if in the wild or left alone for “nature to take its course”.  You see, such dis-eases in nature are a natural means to “cleanse” and thus strengthen that population by only the strongest or “fittest” surviving with an immune system able to recognize that dis-ease in the future and overcoming it and ridding the body of it very quickly.

This naturally presents an ethical quandary these days and forces the breeder to make some hard decisions and choices as to which is more important – saving a puppy by any means and then breeding it down the road, dispatching of the puppy quickly and in mercy or saving the puppy to turn around and sell and making sure the puppy family is aware of the issues the puppy went through and the necessity of neutering the puppy once old enough to do so.

Veterinarians are also faced with a challenge when dealing with acute diseases, most of which are brought on due to improper nutrition (the feeding of processed, commercial pet food) and the very vaccines they suggest all puppies and kittens should receive to “protect” them. However, in reality, what is happening is the exchange for a lifetime of chronic dis-ease and need of constant veterinary care only to die an early and inevitable death.

Vaccinosis or VID (vaccine induced disease) is rampant!

Vaccinosis is a dis-ease entity that is introduced through vaccinating animals or people. Once vaccinosis develops, there is a disturbance in the bodies vital forces that leads to imbalance and lowered electrical frequencies which produce symptoms of chronic disease that can be very difficult (and often impossible) to totally reverse.

Talk to any veterinarian – allopathic/conventional or so-called holistic practice, who has been in practice for 10 years or more and ask them what they see in the animals they are treating day in and day out. Ask them how much of what they see is chronic disease, incurable conditions, and a plethora of “allergic” type or auto-immune maladies which seem to plague all veterinary practices on a daily basis now.

Veterinarians are NOT taught  how to keep an animal well or what health care is, they are taught disease management through the use of synthetic, usually toxic, medications.  They only know how to palliate or suppress the symptoms, they are not able to cure or restore the animal to health. I worked with allopathic veterinarians for quite a few years and personally became frustrated and depressed with the pat prescriptions of steroids and antibiotics for just about every ailment the animal would come in with. I saw precious and beautiful puppies and kittens that I had personally vaccinated or held while being vaccinated – come back weekly or monthly with some new ailment, allergy symptom, digesive difficulties or disease symptom.  I was there holding the owners hands and crying with them when no medication was working and the decision was made to put the animal “to sleep”.

Always, the same treatment and drugs were always prescribed and it would be just a matter of weeks or a  month or two and they were back asking for another medication because, the puppy or now mature dog began to be itchy or sick, presenting with the very symptoms only worse,as soon as the medications ran out.

Eventually they would be diagnosed with “allergies” or certain food intolerances and the medications were switched and dosages ramped up.  a few years would go by with the same dogs and cats coming in at least once a month with continued and worsned health problems. By the time these animals were 4 to 6 years old they were in some kind of organ failure or experiencing seizures or had thyroid imbalance, diabetes and/or cancer. Conventional medicine was (and still is)  unable to cure the animal.  Its immune system had been compromised early on from vaccinations (and improper nutrition in the form of processed kibble and or canned foods) which were continually recommended and administered by the way, even in the pet’s dis-eased state.

Politically Correct

In an attempt to control a naturally occurring process of population control and survival of the fittest, the veterinary (and medical ) establishment has convinced people that mass inoculations are for the good of all!  Overlooking of course the health of the individual.

While we have all been brain washed into believing the lie that vaccinations have eradicated or reduced the incidence of severe, acute disease processes and viruses, the result has in reality, been just the opposite – they have only served to plague humanity and the animals with more insidious, chronic diseases that lower the quality of life for animals AND people.

The best road to good health and and a strong immune system is by feeding a species appropriate, raw diet of fresh foods, rich in nutrients that are easily digested and asimulated (raw meat, organs and bones for the carnivores), while completely avoiding vaccinations and allopathic medications.

Ultimately, the choice about to vaccinate or not to vaccinate rests with the individual who have accepted responsible ownership and lifetime care of the animal. It does not rest with the veterinarian! Sadly, with some veterinarians and the veterinary industry at large; It has become a trend to use fear tactics and coercion to get you to vaccinate and of course re-vaccinate your companion animals on a regular basis.I worked with allopathic veterinarians for quite a few years and personally became frustrated and depressed with the pat prescriptions of steroids and antibiotics for just about every ailment the animal would come in with. I saw precious and beautiful puppies and kittens that I had personally vaccinated or held while being vaccinated – come back weekly or monthly with some new ailment or disease symptom.  I was there holding the owners hands and crying with them when no medication was working and the decision was made to put the animal “to sleep”.

Think About This

Vaccines compromise the immune system and do not, can not actually protect an animal (or a child) from getting a virus or infection.  Remember that every time you suppress a symptom that the body produces with an antibiotic or a synthetic medication, you are lowering the health status of the entire body system.

So, I ask you,

1. Why destroy your pet’s immune system ?
2. Why use toxic antibiotics that may cause yeast infections ?
3. Why let your animal suffer by only tricking the brain into thinking the dis-ease is gone when it has only been suppressed?
4. Why use barbiturates for pain relief ?

Natural Immunity

“Natural, or innate, immunity is part of a homeostatic, balanced state of the body. Natural immunity occurs when the body’s biological defenses work together to fight infection or dis-ease, keeping pathogens in balance and preventing unwanted biological invasion. This type of immunity is a pre-existing and natural defense mechanism that is inherited by offspring from their parents. Various factors such as nutrition, fitness, even social and emotional conditions, influence immunity.

The immune system has been designed to constantly fight off dis-eases. Some aspects of immunity are passed on from the sire and dam (and even grand sires and dams) to their offspring. However, what puppies encounter throughout their lives is what makes the significant difference. Immunity is gradually learned throughout life; it is not something instantly set in stone at or after birth.

The immune system is a powerful weapon; it has been proven to eliminate the body of serious disease. Illness and dis-ease are simply disruptions of the body’s normal state of harmony and balance. Therefore, it is the fundamental nature of any living organism to heal itself of illness, disease, and injury and to return the body to its natural and balanced state. ” Excerpt from the book: Natural Rearing by Dr. Jeannie Thomason
